1. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a 30% deposit to secure your place on an expedition. Full payment is due 60 days before departure. Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance receive a full refund minus a $200 processing fee.

2. Health and Fitness Requirements

Participants must complete a health questionnaire and may be required to provide medical clearance. Epic Expeditions reserves the right to refuse participation if health conditions pose risks to the individual or group.

3. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance including evacuation coverage is mandatory for all participants. We can recommend suitable policies if needed.

4. Liability and Risk

Adventure travel involves inherent risks. Participants acknowledge these risks and agree that Epic Expeditions' liability is limited to gross negligence. All participants must sign a comprehensive waiver before departure.

5. Itinerary Changes

Weather, political situations, or other factors beyond our control may require itinerary modifications. We will provide the best alternative experience possible while maintaining safety standards.

6. Group Dynamics

Epic Expeditions reserves the right to remove participants whose behavior endangers or significantly disrupts the group experience. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
